Step by Step of Mindset Change using Inside-Out Model 

In this article, I’ll provide the next 2 step of mindset change that are : Implement the change and provide transformational coaching

1. Implement The Change
First stage in the implementation plans is to define scope, objectives, and resources for each intervention we have designed. Then we need to define detailed implementation timeline for each intervention to have specific assignment, responsibility and accountability of each intervention. This is also used for excellence execution.



Once the timeline is clearly defined, the big things is yet to come that is EXECUTION. Implementation of the change management is required great people skill as usually people are resistant to change, and it’s also expected there’ll be some group of people are not behave as intended.  It’s important for the change management practitioner to identify the group of this people, especially when the group of people has great influence to other.

2. Provide Transformational Coaching for the group of people who are resistant to change
Transformational Coaching is one of coaching technique that has aim to
a. Focus to get feel of the coachee
b. Cultivating awareness and choosing to choose through intelligence and mindfulness
c. Focuses on the questions of “what is the underlying motivation of your purpose, passion, and awakening vision
One of the good coaching interaction step is using OCDAC (Open – Clarify – Develop – Agree – Close) framework.


a. Open by building rapport with the coachee
b. Clarify the details about the opportunity and level of coaching needed
c. Develop ideas. It’s better to understand the coachee personality to have better ideas/influencing technique that works best with each of type. MBTI personality identification is one of good tools that work with simple way. Once know the personality type, it’s quite easy to develop influencing technique ideas that work the best by using this matrix
